Just pull it up and twist tie them, put it in a box or foil hotel pan, DONE. Clean up is nearly rinse and sterilize. DONE. Chile beans in a 22 qt roster, DONE, no soaking and scrubbing, stews, rice, vegetables, the same. Also no flavor transfer. The only thing to remember is when cooking with the bags, in say a roster, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup distilled water between the pan and the liner. these bags have a 400'F limit, but most rosters exceed that when preheating at start-up, that is the reason for the water.
