I love them. I have the entire set plus many extra pieces. They are easy to clean and easy to care for. I do not put them in the dish washer nor do I use metal utensils. A quick wash in warm soapy water does the trick. I have a 12" frying pan that I use the most and found that after about every 6-7th washing it needs to be re seasoned with a little oil after washing taking less then 30sec. If used as directed and with a little loving care they do make life easier for cooking and cleaning. I also stack then in the cabinets using a paper towel in between to prevent scratching. It has not held up at all. The company I purchased the set from is no longer in business. When I contacted Swiss Diamond, they would do nothing about it. So I have a very expensive set of scratched teflon. I'm wondering if it is even healthy to use. I wouldn't recommend this set to anyone since it scratches so badly. They claimed that these pans had a "outstanding diamond reinforced non-stick coating" that wouldn't peel like other teflon or silverstone coating...well they lied. They started to peel and scratch within 3 months of use, which is completely unacceptable. I'm very careful with my cookware, and follow all the intructions for care, that come with it. I only use non-scratch utensils, I hand-wash all my pieces, and never use them on high heat settings. There isn't any reason this cookware shouldn't have lasted for years to come. I'm so disgusted that I paid $450 for this garbage that I'm now stuck with. I tried to return them to the Swissdiamondstore.com, but they wouldn't honor the return.
